Information we collect

When you interact with our website or our chat widget, we may collect:

• Your name and phone number, if you choose to provide them

• Property details, if your inquiry relates to a specific listing

Providing this information is always voluntary. We only collect what you choose to share with us through the chat widget or other contact methods on this site.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from that message type at any time
• Contact us directly to ask what information we have on file, or to request it be deleted
• Decline to provide information — you can browse this site without submitting anything through the chat widget

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
